How to make Pisco sour in 4 steps:
Prepare all the ingredients to create our pisco cocktail.
We start by separating the whites from the yolks. To prepare our Peruvian pisco sour we will only need the whites. The yolks can be used to prepare a recipe such as an Italian-style carbonara pasta dish.
On the other hand, squeeze the lemons and reserve the juice. If you think it is necessary, pass the juice through a strainer to avoid leaving any pieces of fruit or seeds.
To finish, add the ice, the whites, the sugar, the lemon juice and the pisco to the blender. Blend all the ingredients until the ice is crushed and the whites are mounted.
Serve and decorate the pisco sour with a few drops of angostura bitters or a pinch of cinnamon. And if you want to compare this preparation with another recipe, you can check the authentic Peruvian pisco sour.
